Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for creating, implementing, overseeing and streamlining procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. This position will also lead projects that require collaboration with other department leaders related to all activities of the procure to pay life cycle. This position will support the 5G Sourcing and Procurement Operations organization building the 5G wireless network and establishing corporate supply chain procurement standards and systems.
\nPrimary responsibilities include:

- Lead complex procurement projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. \n
- Drive Procurement Ops maturation through initiatives and best practices implementation. \n
- Develop and enhance procurement policies, procedures, and efficiency-focused best practices. \n
- Create and maintain comprehensive procurement flowcharts. \n
- Collaborate with various teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. \n
- Manage purchase requisition, purchase order, and invoice processes in alignment with company policies. \n
- Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement efforts. \n
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including budgeting and requisition management. \n
- Champion Oracle Purchasing capabilities and drive system improvements as needed. \n
- Evaluate vendor data for automation potential and coordinate setup projects. \n
- Establish a vendor management program and related initiatives. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. \n
- Mentor and guide junior team members. \n
- Represent Corporate Supply Chain Procurement, communicate key information, and coordinate distribution efforts. \n
- Cultivate strong relationships with various departments to facilitate project completion. \n
- Maintain data, prepare reports, and ensure ethical business transactions. \n
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college. \n
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end procurement, commodity management, and business analysis experience. \n
- Proficiency with Source-to-Pay platforms. \n
- Preferred experience in the Wireless industry and knowledge of materials and suppliers. \n
- Extensive expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing principles, including ethics and bid evaluation. \n
- Strong project management skills, stakeholder management, and change leadership. \n
- Proficient in creating flowcharts. \n
- Track record of driving successful procurement initiatives and cross-functional partnerships in wireless network deployment. \n
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. \n
- Familiarity with office software, including ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), project management tools, and databases. \n
- Independence in conducting studies, data analysis, and decision-making on complex projects. \n
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks. \n
Salary Range
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year
