Digantara is looking for an Enterprise Software Sales Manager to contribute to the sales and revenue growth of our next-generation platforms. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong partnerships through consistent communication, and facilitate collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner for customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and the optimal use of our space situational awareness (SSA) product portfolio
- Develop client-focused programs that help customers quickly recognize the value of our software and drive long-term success
- Oversee the deployment of products, ensuring a seamless implementation tailored to customer needs
- Gather and communicate feedback on orbital tracking, collision avoidance, and debris management tools to enable further product enhancements
- Cultivate a deep understanding of SSA-related software and systems to represent the company as an aerospace and defense events expert
- Deliver technical presentations on satellite maneuver planning and space traffic management
- Collaborate with marketing to produce impactful content on SSA, including case studies on debris mitigation and satellite operation optimization
- Refine messaging for SSA stakeholders, including government agencies, satellite operators, and defense organizations
- Coordinating with R&D to address inquiries on SSA topics such as orbital conjunction warnings and real-time space data analytics, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in customer success or technical sales for enterprise-level software products
- Ability to navigate complex sales and customer issues with little guidance
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on generating new leads and maintaining business relationships
- Good knowledge of Space Situational Awareness, Space Domain Awareness, or space operations
