Team Overview

As Campaign&Market Senior Analyst at DiDi, you will turn large-scale mobility and platform data into clear performance insights that directly drive growth and campaign strategies. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign measurement, market diagnosis, and cross-functional performance reporting that support both operation team and leadership.

Role Responsibilities



  • Design and delivery of campaign measurement frameworks, producing dashboards for result tracking and campaign selections.

  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product teams to translate analytical findings into optimized campaign tactics, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable uplifts.

  • Own stakeholder communication for analytics outcomes, producing clear executive-ready briefings and playbooks that enable local teams to replicate successful tactics at country and city scales.

  • Develop and maintain city diagnosis models that quantify business initiatives and results, transfer them into actionable plans.

Role Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for large-scale data extraction, Python or R for statistical modeling, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset) to create automated dashboards.

  • Analytics experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or growth analytics at a consumer internet, mobility, or marketplace company.

  • Business acumen: Strong understanding of performance marketing levers, campaign measurement, and unit economics in two-sided marketplace environments, with experience translating metrics into budget and product recommendations.

  • Communication and influence: Clear storytelling skills with experience presenting complex analyses to senior stakeholders and regional teams, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Personal qualities: Results-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix organization, and adaptable to shifting priorities across multiple countries and product lines.
