Team Overview

The Sales Operations team supports the Commercial organization by enabling better decision-making, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. We work closely with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, HR, Finance, and Data to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business goals.


This internship offers exposure to strategic initiatives, project coordination, and the operational backbone that supports sales performance. The intern will have the opportunity to work with data, support financial and operational analysis, and contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting that enable business insights.

Role Responsibilities



  • Supporting the tracking and coordination of Sales Operations projects and initiatives.




  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor commercial performance and operational KPIs.




  • Supporting data analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that improve sales effectiveness.




  • Assisting in financial and operational analysis related to commercial initiatives, budgets, and project tracking.




  • Supporting data extraction and manipulation from internal databases using SQL or similar tools.




  • Helping structure datasets and reports used for leadership updates and decision-making.




  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational visibility.




  • Contributing to the improvement of reporting frameworks, documentation, and analytical processes.



Role Qualifications



  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making.




  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.




  • Interest in financial analysis, business metrics, and performance tracking.




  • Ability to structure information, analyze datasets, and translate data into insights.




  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.




  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.




  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or related fields.
