Team Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and impact-oriented Operations Senior Analyst to join our Cross Supply Operations team. Our mission is to build a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable marketplace by improving driver engagement, productivity, and cross-category participation.


In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to design and optimize driver-side initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying operational gaps, forming business hypotheses, running experiments, and scaling successful solutions.


Role Responsibilities


  • Lead deep-dive analyses on driver behavior, supply allocation, earnings structure, cross-category switching, and incentive effectiveness

  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize driver incentives, peak strategies, and engagement mechanisms

  • Act as a focal point for cross-functional projects related to driver-side growth and efficiency

  • Communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making across teams

Role Qualifications


  • Bringing 2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles;

  • Highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, working autonomously, and thriving in a fast-changing environment;

  • Strong in cross-functional collaboration, with proven experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams;

  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability;

  • Fluent in English.
