#LI-HybridTeam Overview
You will join the team building DiDi Premier, our flagship premium mobility category designed to set a new standard for ride-hailing in Mexico and Latin America. Premier is not a pricing tier — it is a fully managed service experience, where quality is governed end-to-end and every ride is expected to meet a consistent, elevated standard.
At the core of what makes Premier work is the people who deliver it. Our mission is to ensure that those who represent Premier are not just recruited, but continuously developed, retained, and held to the highest standards in the market — and that the ecosystem behind them shares that same commitment.
We are looking for a senior operator to own and build this function from scratch. You will define how it works, build the systems that make it scale, and expand it across markets as Premier grows.
This role is ideal for someone energized by zero-to-one work — who has developed and retained distributed workforces at scale, managed external partners beyond the commercial relationship, and built operating models that didn't have a playbook.
Role Responsibilities
Building and owning the development model Designing the programs and systems that keep Premier's service providers performing at the highest level — from onboarding through continuous development. You own content, format, and delivery across the full lifecycle.
Driving performance and retention Tracking the health of the active service provider base, identifying risks early, and driving the interventions — digital and in-person — that keep performance high and attrition low.
Elevating partner accountability Moving the partner relationship beyond commercial terms to build a genuine performance layer — frameworks, incentives, and capability-building that make partners active contributors to Premier's quality standards.
Scaling across markets Building the model in MX first, then owning its adaptation and rollout as Premier expands across SSL.
Role Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in marketplace operations, gig-economy platforms, logistics, or partner management within high-growth tech or fast-paced environments.
A track record of building workforce or partner development programs at scale — not just running them once they exist.
Operational range: equally comfortable designing performance frameworks and being on the ground making things work.
Real zero-to-one experience — you have built functions without a playbook and know what it takes to go from concept to operating model.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence across complex cross-functional organizations.
A genuine understanding of what a premium experience means for the end customer — and what it takes to deliver it consistently at scale.
Business fluency in Spanish and English. Multi-city LATAM experience strongly preferred.
Strong plus
- Background in ride-hailing, mobility, or last-mile logistics
- Experience with large-scale or high-visibility operational activations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent)
- Prior exposure to premium or compliance-driven product categories
