About the team/role

At 99, we’re reimagining logistics in Brazil — and Logistics C2C is at the center of this transformation.
Logistics is one of the most strategic growth engines for 99. As a Analyst, you’ll be a key partner to the Manager, leading analyses and projects that unlock growth opportunities.
We’re building our C2C Growth Operations team and looking for a Analyst to drive insights and own projects that directly impact our growth. You’ll partner with the Manager, dive deep into data, and launch initiatives that improve how customers and drivers engage with 99.
You’ll dive into marketplace data, identify trends, and own initiatives that improve how customers and drivers interact with our platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves connecting insights to execution, with visibility into decisions that shape the future of our C2C vertical.

In this role, you'll be...

Lead courier operations across multiple cities with accountability for supply health, online hours, and fulfillment efficiency.

Lead core, cross-functional projects that improve couriers retention, acquisition and reativation.

Design and improve scalable processes that enhance courier lifecycle management (acquisition, engagement, retention).

Identify courier operations pain points and translate them into executable solutions, based on data insights and deep operational understanding.

Lead a pipeline of the development and feedback cycle with product teams on new features and assignment models to improve experience of clients and couriers.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in analytical roles such as operations, growth, CRM, financial planning, business intelligence, or similar areas (internship or trainee experience can be considered).
  • Solid SQL skills for analyzing large datasets.
  • Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of results.
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate quantitative analysis into structured insights and business-oriented recommendations for Product, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
