Team Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our Design Team and support projects across the Latam region. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional design career who’s eager to learn, grow and contribute to real projects in a collaborative environment. As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with more senior designers, marketing teams and external partners, supporting the creation of visual assets, improving communications and helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across multiple touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities


  • Supporting the Design Team with day-to-day design tasks and ongoing projects

  • Creating and adapting visual assets for communications, campaigns and digital channels

  • Help improve UX/UI aspects of our inapp communications and design materials

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency

  • Assist in developing visual concepts and ideas for campaigns

  • Contribute to design solutions that help improve campaign performance and efficiency

Role Qualifications


  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (portfolio required)

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and care for visual quality

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and receive feedback

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment

  • Professional and collaborative attitude

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and deliver quality work

  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of UX/UI design, motion or animation skills
