Team Overview

Are you passionate about people and eager to learn how Human Resources drives business success? As an HRBP Intern, you’ll join our dynamic HR team and gain firsthand experience in strategic HR partnership within a fast-paced Commercial environment.


This role is perfect for someone curious about Talent Management, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work alongside experienced HRBPs, contribute to real projects, and help shape the employee experience—all while building a strong foundation for a future career in HR.

Role Responsibilities


  • Support HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR processes, data management, and internal documentation.

  • Analyze People Data: Help compile HR metrics, prepare dashboards, and translate data into insights for stakeholder reviews.

  • Engage with Employees: Contribute torecognition programs and team events that foster a positive culture.

  • Participate in Talent & Development: Support performance management cycles, and help coordinate learning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Shadow HRBPs in meetings with business leaders and assist in implementing HR programs that align with commercial goals.

  • Contribute to Projects: Work on focused HR initiatives such as process improvements, engagement action plans, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
