As a member of the Logistics Business Unit sales team, you’ll have a great opportunity to design and implement initiatives across all Brazil's market and continuously enhance customer online and offline experience thru our product and operations. The Logistic's BU "99Entrega" helps individuals and businesses to solve their daily challenges of moving goods, making their life better everyday.
This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders. 99Entrega is our last mile delivery service, using cars, motos, utilitaries, vans and small trucks. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment!

Role Responsibilities
Como Logistics Partnership Representative, sua missão é atuar em conjunto aos OLs para atingir as metas comerciais da área e garantir que o dia-a-dia com o Operador Logístico (OL) aconteça sem atritos. Você acompanhará de perto os indicadores, ajudará o parceiro na execução dos planos de ação e será o principal responsável por garantir que a teoria do planejamento se transforme em prática na ponta.
- Acompanhamento e Suporte à Performance
- Atuar como gestor de conta consultivo para os donos e diretores dos OLs, influenciando a tomada de decisão baseada em eficiência e rentabilidade.
- Apoiar na prospecção e gestão de OLs parceiros e na condução de rituais de vendas, preparando as bases de dados e apresentações de resultados.
- Monitorar diariamente os KPIs (nível de serviço, devoluções, produtividade) e alertar o parceiro sobre desvios imediatos.
- Auxiliar o OL na implementação de melhorias operacionais e processos definidos pela companhia.
- Garantir o cumprimento da escala e o planejamento de capacidade diária da carteira.
- Realizar visitas frequentes aos pontos de operação para auditar processos e garantir conformidade com nossos padrões.
- Atuar na resolução de problemas críticos do dia a dia (conflitos de carga, problemas em aplicativos, gargalos de saída).
- Alimentar dashboards e realizar consultas básicas em SQL para gerar relatórios de acompanhamento.
- Identificar padrões simples de falha e sugerir ajustes imediatos ao parceiro.
Role Qualifications
- Experiência: Experiência em operações logísticas (Last Mile, Transmissão ou Transportes) ou gestão de redes de franquias/parcerias.
- Perfil Analítico: Excel/Google Sheets intermediário (vlookup/procv e tabelas dinâmicas). Conhecimento de SQL é um grande diferencial
- Comunicação Assertiva: Precisa saber cobrar o parceiro de forma educada e técnica.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e suas funcionalidades.
