Team Overview

Are you a high-level analyst and executor ready to be the strategic backbone of the Customer Success unit? We are seeking a high-performing, cross-functional executor who will work directly with the Customer Success Lead as a strategic right hand. In this role, you won't just analyze data; you will execute critical communication campaigns with restaurants and the sales team, manage strategic supplier relationships, and pioneer the use of AI—all while ensuring every decision is backed by rigorous analysis and reporting.

Role Responsibilities


  • Campaign Execution & Strategy: You will not only monitor results but also control the lifecycle of communication campaigns targeting our restaurant partners. You ensure alignment with the sales team by providing data-backed evidence for every strategic move.

  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Use your proficiency in SQL and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights, designing metrics that influence high-level decision-making.

  • Impactful Reporting & Presentation: You don’t just dump data; you design executive-grade presentations and narratives. You will deliver periodic, high-impact reports to the CS Lead and stakeholders that translate complex analysis into clear business decisions.

  • AI-Driven Optimization: You will execute AI tool integration campaigns to automate processes, generate more impactful results, and increase efficiencies across the operation

  • Supplier & Stakeholder POC: You will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) with suppliers, ensuring operational quality, and lead cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.

Role Qualifications


  • Strategic Partner: You have the seniority (3+ years) to act as a direct support to leadership, capable of turning "raw data" into "business strategy".

  • Analytical Powerhouse: Execution does not happen without data. SQL and Python are must-haves , along with the ability to create clear, convincing reports for senior management.

  • Executor Mindset: You are proactive. You don’t just identify the problem in the data; you build the campaign to fix it.

  • Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

  • Elite Communicator & Presenter: You possess advanced skills in slide-making and storytelling (PowerPoint/Google Slides). You can present complex ideas clearly to both operational teams and senior leadership.
