Team Overview

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the team and report directly to the Partnerships Lead. This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, strategy, and analytics, and will play a key role in shaping and scaling partnerships that drive impact at a brand and platform level.


The ideal candidate is commercially minded, comfortable working with data, and capable of translating insights into clear strategies and execution plans. This person will own and lead key strategic relationships while also developing new partnership opportunities and initiatives.

Role Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships, with a primary focus on consumer brands, ensuring strong performance and long-term value creation.

  • Monitor partnership performance on a regular basis, reviewing key metrics and identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Make data-informed decisions to optimize strategy, including budget allocation and prioritization across partners.

  • Develop partnership strategies aligned with broader business objectives and brand priorities.

  • Identify, design, and launch new partnership models, pilots, and projects at a brand or platform level.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others to ensure alignment, effective execution, and scalability.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner, bringing structure, insights, and recommendations to leadership discussions

  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.

  • Analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics to guide decisions.

  • Experience managing external partners and complex relationships.

  • Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term partnership vision.

  • Structured, proactive, and able to operate with a high level of autonomy.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership, ownership of meaningful partnerships, and the opportunity to help shape how partnerships contribute to growth and innovation across the brand.
