Role Responsibilities


  • Construir e validar novas segmentações de usuários voltadas à fins de negócio.

  • Idealizar, executar e analisar os testes que validarão essas segmentações.

  • Construir hipóteses, desenhar e testar estratégias de engajamento para diferentes grupos de usuários.

  • Analisar os ganhos de distintos grupos de motoristas e clusterizá-los estrategicamente.

  • Discutir, idealizar, definir e lançar novas frentes de negócio visando o crescimento.

Role Qualifications


  • Orientação a dados e pensamento crítico para, com autonomia, idealizar análises para problemas de negócios complexos.

  • Domínio sobre ferramentas de análise de dados; requisito mínimo: SQL, Excel e Google Sheets.

  • Disposição para aprender e se aprofundar em novas ferramentas e estratégias.

  • Capacidade de transformar insights em ações concretas que impulsionem o crescimento.

  • Perfil hands-on, com disposição para se envolver diretamente na execução de estratégias e testes.

  • Apetite por inovação e idealização de novas soluções a partir do estágio zero.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto oral quanto escrita.

  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado
