Company Overview
If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.
We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services (99) or digital payments (99Pay).
To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.
Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

You will join DiDi’s Pricing team within the Logistics Product organization, where the mission is to deliver fair, competitive, and scalable price mechanisms that support growth, maximize platform efficiency, and maintain marketplace equilibrium across regions.
Role Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models and algorithms (surge, time-based, distance/time fare components) in collaboration with data science and engineering, ensuring models meet scalability targets.
- Lead end-to-end experiments to validate pricing levers, define success metrics and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to Product and Operations stakeholders.
- Monitor marketplace health through daily dashboards; implement rapid mitigations to protect supply-demand balance and maintain service level agreements during peak events.
- Build and present pricing playbooks and scenario analyses to regional business partners, translating complex model outputs into actionable tactical changes that align with local regulation and commercial goals.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to evaluate new pricing products, promotional strategies, and incentive structures, quantifying short-term revenue effects and long-term elasticity impacts.
Role Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience at scale is acceptable.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in pricing, revenue management, consultancy, financial planning, business inteligence, and other related fields
- Strong technical skills in SQL for large dataset analysis.
- Profiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong takeholder communication and storytelling skills, able to translate quantitative analysis into clear commercial recommendations for Product, Operations, Sales and Finance teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment.
- Professional profiency level in English and Spanish

Diversity is not a future vision or a wish for something we want someday; it is a non-negotiable value of who we are today.
We embrace inclusion, plurality, and respect, and to achieve this, we rely on the governance of the Diversity Committee, which works alongside HR, our leadership, and identity groups—99Adapta, 99Afro, 99Colors, 99Womem, and 99Familys.
This is our ongoing journey, with much more still to come.
