Role Responsibilities
- Acting as a focal point for projects of new features related to algorithms to optimize business efficiency;
- Analyzing the impacts of the tests on the Marketplace metrics, creating queries and assisting the teams in decision making;
- Organizing project informations, developments, results and relases to keep all the project-related data documented;
- Developing trustful relationships to transparently communicate and align with company stakeholders, including Chinese teams, Brazilian Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Helping the teams to check the problems (bugs) in the features under the scope of the team;
Role Qualifications
- Soft Skills: Analytical skills (required), proactivity (required), organization (preferred), interpersonal communication (preferred);
- Hard Skills: Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel (Required), SQL (preferred), Python (preferred);
- Educational Background: If you have a background in building algorithms and Machine Learning, it will be a plus;
- Languages: Advanced English (required).
It is important to highlight that we don't require any specific undergraduate degree (such as engineering or computer science). The most important for the position is to have the skills mentioned above.
