We are looking for enthusiastic student who wants to gain experience in the day-to-day operations in a food delivery platform. You will work directly with the Senior Manager and Senior Analyst, acting as a part of the operational engine that designs and executes our business process .
In this role, you will work as an operation intern focused on dealing with the educational materials, support processes design and have hands-on experience on how to deal with the restaurants of one of the most prestigious food delivery platform in Brazil. Your goal is to check the clients operation data, see growth opportinities, processes into content for people to use.
Role Responsibilities
- Educational materials drafting: Be the person who drafts and create educational materials in the official website under the guidance of senior coworkers
- Process and playbook design and implementation: Understand and work under supervision on processes design and playbook design.
- Contact point and market research: Be the point of contact to conduct market research for all types of users and perform analysis based on the data.
Role Qualifications
- Knowledge and mindset in process design, pretty artwork and knowledge sharing: previous internship in FoodTech/SaaS or platform is a plus.
- Knowledge in SQL, Phyton and office: to put you in hands on data extraction and analysis process.
- Eager to push yourself into the labour market and is hunger in learning new stuff to gain more experience.
- Ability to speak english and portuguese fluently
