Supporting the development and management of operations campaigns, focusing on the growth and engagement of the user base.
Conducting deep data analysis regarding campaign results and actions.
Participating in business discussions and the creation of strategies for fintech features.
Working with multiple teams with different backgrounds.

- Graduation in a major related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance, with expected graduation after December 2026.

Good structured thinking, organization, and prioritization abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English is a must; other languages would be a plus.
SQL knowledge would be a plus.
