We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and execute our growth initiatives end-to-end.
This is a senior individual contributor role, focused on execution, experimentation, and measurable results. You will be responsible for driving acquisition, activation, and conversion through a mix of organic and paid channels, working closely with founders and commercial leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero, owning the operation, and turning strategy into action.
Role Responsibilities
Growth & Funnel Ownership
- Own and optimize the full marketing funnel: awareness → lead → activation → conversion
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels
- Translate business objectives into actionable growth initiatives
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on data
Social Media & Content Operations
- Own social media strategy and day-to-day execution
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Develop or coordinate creative assets and copy
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning
Acquisition & Paid Media (Basic)
- Execute and optimize basic paid media campaigns (primarily Meta platforms)
- Test creatives, audiences, and messaging with clear hypotheses
- Focus on ROI and business impact rather than vanity metrics
Marketing & Sales Operations
- Work closely with sales to support pipeline generation and lead activation
- Improve landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows
- Support go-to-market initiatives and commercial experiments
- Track and report on key performance metrics
Role Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance-oriented marketing
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience managing social media and content operations
- Familiarity with paid media fundamentals (Meta Ads experience is a plus)
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
- Experience in local commerce, marketplaces, or food-related businesses is a bonus, not a requirement
