We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Senior Manager to strengthen our Business Development (BD) team in Brazil. In this role, you will support our head of Sales and focus on optimizing the effiiciency and effectiveness of our BD team to shorten sales cycles, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience. As a key role to connect Brazil and China team, multilingual skill is required.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee creation and maintenance of a robust knowledge base (e.g., collateral, playbooks) for BD.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs for BD professionals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Support Specialists.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to align support with BD strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between BD and other internal departments.
- Define and track KPIs for sales support function and its impact on BD performance.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Relevant experiences in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Chinese (written and spoken) - Essential.
