Team Overview

The Commercial Training Analyst plays a key role in supporting the design, execution, and optimization of training programs for commercial teams. This position ensures new hires are effectively onboarded, training content is engaging and relevant, and development initiatives are aligned with business needs. The analyst works closely with key stakeholders to execute training plans that drive performance and promote a learning culture.

Role Responsibilities


1.Onboarding & Ramp-Up Support:



  • Facilitate portions of onboarding sessions covering tools, processes, and sales techniques.

  • Assist in maintaining onboarding schedules, logistics, and communication with new hires.

  • Track and report onboarding progress, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.


2. Ongoing Training & Development Execution:



  • Support the rollout of training initiatives such as product updates, campaign launches, and soft skills development.

  • Responsible for logistics and communications for training events and workshops.

  • Assist in preparing and updating interactive learning materials (presentations, role-plays, quizzes, micro-learnings, etc.).


3. Training Content development:



  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of training resources (guides, decks, FAQs, LMS materials).

  • Help ensure training content is current, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather content inputs and feedback.


4. Performance Monitoring & Feedback Loops:



  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and facilitators to assess training effectiveness.

  • Track attendance, certification status, and participation rates.

  • Support the preparation of reports that summarize training outcomes and learning KPIs.


5. Cross Functional Collaboration:



  • Work closely with Training Coordinators, QA, Sales Operations, and Commercial Managers to align training efforts.

  • Help identify capability gaps through data and performance trends.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in training strategy and execution.


Role Qualifications

2. Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • Experience in commercial or customer-facing environments is a plus.


3. Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with training tools (LMS platforms, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Focused in data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics.
