This opportunity is ideal for a data-driven problem solver who is committed to creating measurable value. You will collaborate with our regional team and coordinate with headquarters to address complex challenges in a dynamic environment. The role is suited for proactive, inquisitive individuals who enjoy taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to execution.


Role Responsibilities


  • Become an expert in the ride-hailing business by building deep insights across various fields like user behavior, growth, safety, efficiency, and policy design.

  • Contribute directly to product improvements by proposing and implementing solutions that enhance the user experience.

  • Analyze large datasets using Excel and SQL to monitor key metrics and inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders—including finance, operations, and product management teams—to improve productivity and user experience across Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Argentina, and Chile.


Take ownership of projects with a real impact on our business, balancing attention to detail with swift execution to keep our business running smoothly.

Role Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
