Mobility Marketplace – Marketplace Strategy – Project Operation Business Analyst
Location: Beijing, Shanghai
【Responsibilities】
As a Business Analyst focused on Marketplace High-Priority Projects, you will play a
pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives. Your scope
will span three core areas:
• Driving end-to-end execution of cross-functional, high-priority marketplace projects
• Identification of critical path risks and development of contingency plans
• Post-implementation evaluation and knowledge consolidation
Your mission is to ensure that marketplace projects—from agile pilots to large-scale
rollouts—are thoughtfully scoped, executed with operational excellence, and continuously
optimized through data-driven insights. You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning
objectives, timelines, and resource plans across Product, Algorithm, Strategy Operations, and
Regional Operations teams. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between strategy and
execution—translating complex business goals into actionable implementation plans, tracking
progress against milestones, mitigating risks, and distilling insights to inform future direction.
Ultimately, your work will help ensure that our marketplace evolves in a structured, scalable,
and impact-oriented manner across diverse city environments.

任职要求
• Master's degree required in Business, Economics, Business Analysis, Data Science,
Operations Research, or a related discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting operations, or related roles
• Proficient in SQL, Python and Excel for data extraction, analysis, performance tracking,
and data visualization
• Skilled in crafting clear, structured, and insight-rich presentations using PowerPoint for
business reviews and cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and support
structured, insight-driven decision-making
• Strong business acumen and learning agility, with the ability to deeply comprehend
business strategy and key business levers —and translate them into actionable insights
and cohesive solutions
• Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities, with a track record of
managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the
ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights
• Proactive and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive
outcomes across Product, Algorithm, Operations, and Data teams
