We are seeking a Senior Operation Manager who can drive our operations strategy as well as launch new cities or products. The ideal candidate is a passionate, collaborative, and strategic problem solver with the tenacity to take businesses from 0 to 1. You should be open-minded, empathetic, and skilled at prioritizing resources objectively according to the business strategy. The ability to maintain momentum and structure independently is crucial, as our team operates lean and adapts quickly in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.

Strategic Operations Management: Oversee the measurement and analysis of core operational and growth metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships, effectively collaborating across functions and levels, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.

Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of high-impact strategies aimed at enhancing rider and driver engagement, growth, and overall business performance.

City Campaigns & Events: Work with Marketing and Operations teams to manage and execute city campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

Operational Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve office and operational efficiency.

Project Management: Manage and support general operations and administrative projects as required, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.Qualifications
