About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing for the UKI, you will collaborate across the business to develop national and local campaigns. This high-impact role will be supported by a Marketing Associate, and partner with cross-functional teams (Insights, Creative, Media, Loyalty, PR, Social, Influencer, Partner, Loyalty, CRM, Commercial) and agency partners. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial strategic planning, lead the activation of marketing campaigns and comprehensive post-campaign analysis.
What you'll be doing
Strategy Development: Define and implement consumer strategies. You will focus on deeply understanding customer needs and how brand and value propositions strategically influence customer behaviour and drive ROI. Be able to translate that into comms plans with compelling narratives for alignment with senior leadership.
Execution: You will have experience with developing brand and promotional campaigns that encapsulate multiple channels through the line - Creative, Media, Social & Influencer, Events, PR & CRM.
Team & Stakeholder Management: You will manage a Marketing Associate, collaborate with a cross-functional channel team and manage agency partners. You will act as the decisive voice in all planning forums, providing strategic consultation to internal teams and expertly aligning stakeholders including Insights, Media, Plus, PR, Social, Influencer, Partner, Loyalty, CR and, Commercial. The ideal candidate is a skilled diplomat, comfortable navigating challenges and trade-offs.
Measurement & Performance: Develop clear and rigorous measurement frameworks for marketing activity, holding the team accountable for performance and reporting against defined KPIs. Conduct deep post-campaign analysis, synthesising performance data and key learnings into actionable strategic insights for the business and future opportunities for experimentation.
Budget Management: Take budget ownership of key initiatives, tracking spend closely and optimising plans to manage spend effectively.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitor trends and market activity to strengthen our positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in a Marketing role, with a proven track record consumer marketing
Strategic & Operational: You enjoy solving complex problems and finding the right operational approach to deploy solutions. You are comfortable interpreting data to develop insight-led strategies and have experience working with Commercial and Data Science teams.
Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders and communicate confidently at all levels. Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership to gain buy-in.
Agility: A self-starter attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation defined by constant change.
Delivery: A proven track record of "making things happen"—delivering results quickly and efficiently.
Tools: Highly proficient with analytical tools (such as Excel/Google Sheets, Looker).
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
