OUTBOUND SDR MANAGER

dataplor, a leader in point of interest and geospatial data, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Outbound SDR Manager to build and lead our SDR function and team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales efforts by developing a high-performing strategy, process, and team focused on selling our data solutions to clients across various industries.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with dataplor's overall business objectives. Identify potential market segments, target clients, and the competitive landscape to drive effective sales approaches.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline the sales process, focused on lead generation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing timely feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR and/or SDR manager day-to-day execution.
  • Experience building and mapping an outbound SDR strategy.
  • Willingness to take on the lead SDR role for H2 2024 and build and expand upon the existing SDR program.
  • Proven ability to generate opportunities at scale and take ownership of the sales development pipeline.
  • Demonstrable examples of past successes.
  • Cold Calling and Emailing Experience
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Commitment to learning dataplor’s technical product foundations.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other sales tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Legal work authorization.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in the Data-as-a-Service or related industries.
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Geospatial, point of interest, mobility, or other experience within this industry a big plus
  • Early Stage or Startup Experience
