We are a fast‑growing space logistics company enabling next‑generation missions through innovative orbital services and cloud‑powered operational ecosystems. Our Sales & Delivery department ensures seamless execution of cloud-enabled services supporting customer missions from contract signing to delivery.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Delivery Operations Intern to help improve, standardize, and automate key processes that support the delivery of our cloud-based service offerings.
As an intern, you will play a central role in building procedures, documentation, and digital tools that improve how our Sales & Delivery team executes cloud services.
You will collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders to streamline workflows, capture best practices, and enhance internal coordination.
This role is ideal for someone interested in space operations, cloud services, digital process automation, and technical project support.
(This is a 6 month internship)
During this internship, you will:
- Map and document the end‑to‑end sales‑to‑delivery workflow for Space Cloud services
- Develop internal procedures, templates, and guides for operational execution
- Build dashboards, trackers, and internal tools to optimize delivery efficiency
- Support project managers in task planning, documentation, and reporting
- Assist in improving knowledge base pages, playbooks, and process diagrams
- Contribute to workflow improvements using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Analyze data and create reports to support team performance monitoring
- Help standardize onboarding material for new team members and customers
Required skills:
- Microsoft Suite: Excel (formulas, data organization), Word, PowerPoint, Project
- Python: Basic scripting and data processing
- Atlassian Suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket (or familiarity with similar platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Nice to Have:
- Interest in space systems, cloud technologies, or technical project management
- Experience creating documentation, diagrams, or process maps
- Familiarity with workflow design or automation tools

- A university student or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Management, or related field
