We're looking for a motivated Propulsion Intern to support our engineering efforts on cutting-edge propulsion systems. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience such as participation in student technical teams and programming skills. Whether you're currently completing a Master's degree or have recently graduated, if you're passionate about space propulsion and ready to work hands-on with advanced propulsion technology, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities & Tasks: - Contribute to the research and development of propulsion systems. - Assist with system-level integration, including fluid flow, thermal management, and structural interfaces. - Support data acquisition, test stand setup, and analysis of experimental results. - Develop tools/scripts to automate design or analysis tasks (Python, MATLAB, C++, etc.). Document engineering work clearly and thoroughly. Requirements: - Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related field. - Strong grasp of propulsion fundamentals (fluid dynamics, thermodynamics). - Programming familiarity (Python preferred; MATLAB/C++ is a bonus). - Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and engineering analysis software. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a student engineering team related to propulsion systems. - Theoretical background in computational fluidynamics.
