About The Opportunity

A high-growth technology company at the forefront of AI-driven software testing is seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate expansion across mid-market and enterprise organizations. This company has developed advanced autonomous testing technology designed to solve one of the biggest challenges in modern software development: ensuring software quality keeps pace with exponentially increasing engineering output.

As AI-assisted development dramatically accelerates code creation, engineering organizations are struggling to maintain reliable testing and release processes. This platform addresses that gap through intelligent testing agents capable of continuous, self-healing QA automation that integrates directly into modern engineering workflows.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside company leadership while helping shape go-to-market strategy during a critical stage of scale.

Location: Hybrid — San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite weekly)

What You’ll Own

Revenue Generation & Territory Development

Drive net-new business acquisition across a greenfield territory spanning mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Build strategic outbound campaigns, generate high-value pipeline opportunities, and establish relationships with key engineering and technology decision-makers.

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation, procurement, and close.

Develop territory strategies that identify ideal customer profiles, high-growth verticals, and expansion opportunities.

Consultative & Technical Selling

Engage directly with Heads of Engineering, QA leaders, developers, DevOps stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.

Understand customer pain points related to software quality, release velocity, AI adoption, and engineering scalability.

Articulate the business and technical value of AI-driven QA automation in a way that resonates with both technical and executive audiences.

Navigate highly technical discussions involving developer tooling, automation infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and enterprise software environments.

Strategic Collaboration

Partner closely with founders, product leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

Contribute to broader go-to-market initiatives beyond quota attainment, helping shape the next phase of company growth.

Provide market feedback and customer insights that influence product evolution and sales strategy.

What You Bring

Sales Experience & Execution

5+ years of successful enterprise or mid-market B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, developer tooling, AI infrastructure, DevOps, QA automation, or related technical platforms.

Demonstrated success prospecting outbound opportunities, building pipeline, and consistently closing high-value deals.

Strong negotiation skills with experience managing multi-threaded enterprise buying cycles.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

Experience selling into engineering organizations and communicating effectively with technical buyers.

Familiarity with developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, testing automation, software delivery pipelines, or enterprise engineering platforms.

Comfort discussing both cloud-based and on-premise enterprise software environments.
