Supply Chain Operations Analyst — Returns & Inventory Reconciliation

This opportunity is with a client of Andiamo, supporting a large-scale distribution and service network within the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of returns, credits, and inventory data across multiple systems and partners.

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will oversee the flow, tracking, and reconciliation of returned components across regional distribution centers and service partners. Your work will directly impact financial accuracy, dealer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by ensuring returns are processed correctly and discrepancies are resolved quickly.

You’ll collaborate with logistics providers, internal teams, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, maintain system accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across return and credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Returns Tracking & Coordination

Monitor and manage in-transit returns across multiple distribution centers, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking of materials.

Data Reconciliation

Investigate and resolve discrepancies within enterprise systems, ensuring returned items are properly accounted for and credited.

System Operations

Process daily return receipts and maintain accurate records within ERP platforms, supporting smooth end-to-end operations.

Issue Resolution

Act as a key point of contact for resolving return-related issues by creating support tickets, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving solutions to completion.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, highlight gaps, and support informed decision-making.

Warranty & Returns Oversight

Manage open return cases within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall return processing efficiency.

Training & Support

Provide guidance and occasional training to partners and users on systems and processes to improve adoption and reduce errors.

Required Qualifications

Systems Proficiency

Experience working with enterprise systems and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Attention to Detail

Exceptional accuracy when handling data, ensuring consistency across multiple systems and reports.

Communication Skills

Ability to effectively communicate across email, virtual meetings, and phone with both internal teams and external partners.

Problem-Solving Ability

Comfortable investigating issues, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions in a structured manner.

Experience/Education

Bachelor’s degree, OR an associate degree with relevant experience, OR 4+ years of related professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar supply chain platforms.

Exposure to logistics, returns processing, or inventory reconciliation workflows.
