What You Bring
Software Engineering Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience building and shipping software in production environments.
Applied AI Expertise
Hands-on experience developing AI-powered systems, including large language model applications, agent-based architectures, or machine learning pipelines.
Strong Programming Skills
Proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar, with the ability to build scalable systems.
LLM & AI Tooling Knowledge
Experience working with modern AI APIs, prompt engineering techniques, and model evaluation methods.
Production Mindset
Track record of building reliable, maintainable systems—not just experimental prototypes.
Problem-Solving Ability
Comfort tackling complex, ambiguous challenges and turning them into structured, deliverable solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
Ability to work effectively across teams and clearly communicate technical concepts.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to browser automation tools or web interaction frameworks.
