Role Overview
In this position, you will act as a senior technical leader within a lean engineering team. With no traditional product management layer, engineers are deeply embedded in both technical execution and product thinking—working directly with users, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions quickly.
You will contribute across the entire stack, developing core platform capabilities including intelligent agents, workflow systems, integrations, and scalable infrastructure. This role blends advanced software engineering, system design, and applied AI work in a fast-evolving technical landscape.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End System Ownership
Design, build, deploy, and maintain critical platform components, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.
Architectural Leadership
Guide key technical decisions, balancing trade-offs between scalability, speed, and maintainability while setting engineering standards across the team.
Scalability & Reliability
Strengthen system resilience as the platform grows, ensuring it performs reliably under increasing customer demand and complexity.
Product-Driven Engineering
Actively shape product direction by identifying user needs, proposing solutions, and delivering features that create real impact.
Applied AI Development
Work on modern AI-driven systems, including large language model orchestration, agent-based workflows, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Full Stack Development
Build and enhance features across frontend, backend, and data layers, ensuring cohesive and high-performing user experiences.
What You Bring
Full Stack Expertise
Strong experience building end-to-end applications using modern technologies such as TypeScript, backend frameworks, and relational databases.
System Design Experience
Proven ability to design and maintain complex systems, with an understanding of how architectural decisions evolve over time.
Startup Experience
Background working in fast-paced environments where ownership is high and resources are lean.
Product Mindset
Ability to think beyond implementation—understanding user needs, prioritizing effectively, and contributing to product direction.
Ownership Mentality
Comfortable taking responsibility for projects from concept through production without requiring heavy oversight.
Technical Curiosity
Interest in working with rapidly evolving technologies, particularly in AI and distributed systems.
Education
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
