Accounts Receivable Specialist — Global Collections & Financial Operations

Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage customer accounts, support payment processing, and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities

Collections & Customer Communication

Payment Processing & Account Maintenance

Accurately process incoming payments and update account records, ensuring financial data integrity across systems.

Account Analysis & Reconciliation

Review customer accounts to identify discrepancies, overdue balances, and trends. Support resolution of issues through detailed analysis and follow-up.

Reporting & Month-End Support

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries, contributing to month-end close activities and ongoing visibility into receivables performance.

Process Improvement

Investigate causes of delayed payments and recommend improvements to streamline collections and reduce aging balances.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams through virtual meetings, email, and in-person communication to resolve issues and ensure alignment across departments.

Project Participation

Support initiatives aimed at improving accounts receivable processes, systems, and overall efficiency.
