We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven products that support complex, real-world decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is mission-driven and motivated to build systems that create meaningful, measurable impact beyond traditional business outcomes.

Please note: We expect this role will require 10-25% of time spent traveling domestically across the US, about 1-3 trips per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform initiatives
• Translate ambiguous, real-world problems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and external stakeholders
• Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and iterative testing
• Drive development of data-intensive and/or AI-enabled features
• Ensure alignment between product outcomes, user needs, and broader impact goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, data platforms, or complex systems
• Demonstrated interest or background in mission-driven, public sector, or social impact work
• Experience building and scaling products from 0→1 or through significant growth
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
• Technical fluency (APIs, data systems, or AI/ML concepts preferred)
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on workflow-heavy or operational systems
• Background in civic tech, government, policy, or underserved communities
• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven product development
