Help shape how products move from production to customers at scale. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in complex supply chain environments. You will play a key role in aligning production, inventory, and distribution strategies to ensure efficient operations and strong business performance across a large, multi-channel supply network.
This opportunity sits at the intersection of operations, planning, and strategy—where your insights and decisions directly influence product availability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will support the development and execution of integrated supply plans across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance demand, capacity, and inventory while driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to manage large datasets, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Supply Planning
Develop and manage detailed supply plans that coordinate production, packaging, distribution, and supplier requirements to meet business and customer needs.
Monitor plan execution, identify gaps or disruptions, and implement adjustments or contingency strategies to maintain alignment.
Network Optimization
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the end-to-end supply network, from sourcing through distribution, enhancing efficiency and service levels.
Inventory Strategy & Management
Support inventory planning strategies across distribution centers and partner networks, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess or shortages.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Participate in cross-functional planning cycles that align supply capabilities with demand forecasts, revenue targets, and operational constraints.
Capacity Planning & Analysis
Evaluate production capacity, validate constraints, and ensure supply plans are feasible. Recommend sourcing or capital solutions to address capacity imbalances.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze large volumes of operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare both recurring and ad hoc reports to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with teams across demand planning, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial functions to ensure alignment and resolve issues impacting supply execution.
Process & System Improvement
Leverage advanced planning systems to improve forecasting accuracy, planning efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
Execution Support
Assist in delivering short-term, mid-term, and long-term supply plans that balance service, cost, and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Supply Chain Knowledge
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, distribution, inventory management, and material flow processes.
Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze complex datasets, solve problems, and make informed decisions in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
Planning Systems
Experience with advanced supply chain systems; familiarity with tools such as SAP APO or similar platforms is highly valuable.
Business Acumen
Understanding of how supply chain decisions impact financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Communication
Ability to simplify complex analytical and technical concepts for a wide range of stakeholders.
Collaboration
Proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions and influence decision-making.
What Makes You Successful
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You are comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
You proactively identify risks and develop practical solutions.
You can think both strategically and tactically—connecting long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
You communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Impact of the Role
Your work will directly influence how products are produced, distributed, and delivered across a large-scale supply chain network. By ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and inventory, you will help drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business growth.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a complex, high-volume supply chain environment while developing expertise in end-to-end planning and operations.
