HR & Learning Operations Coordinator — Training & Employee Experience
Support the development of people, programs, and workplace experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex schedules, supporting employee development initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of training and HR operations.
You will play a key role in coordinating learning programs, managing training systems, and supporting HR teams in delivering high-quality employee experiences across multiple business functions.
Role Overview
As an HR & Learning Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of learning and development activities, including managing training systems, coordinating events, and supporting onboarding initiatives. You will act as a central point of coordination between HR, business teams, and external partners to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Learning System Administration
Manage and maintain learning management systems, ensuring accurate data, user access, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide ongoing support to HR and development teams by troubleshooting system issues and assisting with user requests.
Training Program Coordination
Plan and manage training schedules across various departments, ensuring sessions are organized, communicated, and executed effectively.
Maintain and update training calendars to support business-wide learning initiatives.
Onboarding & Classroom Support
Assist with new hire onboarding sessions and live training programs, ensuring a positive and well-organized experience for participants.
Provide in-session support for facilitators and attendees as needed.
Event & Logistics Management
Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, room setup, travel arrangements, accommodations, and technology requirements.
Partner with external vendors to ensure seamless execution of training programs and related activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong working relationships with internal teams across functions, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on training and development needs.
Customer Service & Support
Deliver responsive and high-quality support to employees and stakeholders, ensuring training services meet established expectations and performance standards.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning operations.
Additional Support
Provide general administrative and operational support for HR and people development initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
At least 3 years of administrative experience, including exposure to HR, training, or employee development functions.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
Learning Systems
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Saba, or similar platforms is preferred.
Organizational Skills
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Problem Solving
Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze requests, and provide practical solutions in a timely manner.
Communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support diverse stakeholders.
