Role Overview
As a Member of Technical Staff focused on Voice and Audio Systems, you will design and deliver advanced AI-powered voice capabilities that enhance enterprise financial workflows. This includes building intelligent voice agents, enabling speech-based automation, and integrating audio-driven insights into production systems.
You will take cutting-edge advancements in speech recognition, audio processing, and conversational AI and transform them into reliable, real-time applications used in live business environments. Key Responsibilities
Voice AI Development
Design and deploy production-grade voice and audio features, including real-time conversational agents and speech-enabled workflows that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems.
User Experience & Interaction Design
Create natural, responsive voice interactions using speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI technologies. Focus on delivering intuitive and effective voice experiences tailored to business use cases.
Model Optimization & Fine-Tuning
Adapt and refine speech, audio, and multimodal AI models to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability in real-world scenarios.
Real-Time AI Pipeline Engineering
Build scalable, low-latency pipelines that support audio ingestion, streaming inference, orchestration, and monitoring, ensuring consistent performance in production environments.
Evaluation & Monitoring Frameworks
Develop systems to measure and monitor AI performance, including accuracy, latency, drift, and business impact. Implement best practices for model evaluation and continuous improvement.
Workflow Automation
Design and implement voice-driven automation solutions that streamline processes such as collections, reconciliation, and customer communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective AI-powered solutions.
Performance Measurement & Iteration
Define key success metrics and continuously refine systems based on real-world usage data and feedback.
Required Qualifications
Software Engineering Experience
At least five years of experience in software development, including hands-on work building and deploying production systems.
AI/ML & Audio Systems Expertise
Minimum of two years of experience working with applied AI/ML, particularly in speech, audio, or conversational systems.
Voice & Conversational AI
Experience building and deploying systems that leverage speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or conversational AI technologies.
Machine Learning Frameworks
Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or transformer-based architectures.
Real-Time Systems
Experience designing and implementing low-latency systems that handle real-time data processing and inference.
LLMOps / MLOps Practices
Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and experimentation practices, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
System Integration
Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
