Role Overview
As a Frontend Engineer at the Member of Technical Staff level, you will play a key role in designing and delivering modern web applications that power critical financial workflows. You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering to create responsive, data-rich interfaces that enable users to interact with complex systems effortlessly.
This is a high-impact role where you will help define frontend architecture, contribute to product direction, and shape the overall user experience of a rapidly evolving platform. You will also have the opportunity to influence engineering culture and mentor other developers as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Strategy
Contribute to and help shape the technical direction of frontend systems. Partner with backend and design teams to ensure cohesive, scalable architecture across the platform.
Application Development
Design and build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. Deliver interfaces that simplify complex financial workflows while maintaining speed and reliability.
User Experience Design
Translate detailed business requirements and user workflows into intuitive, visually clear, and highly usable interfaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customers to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.
Performance & Scalability
Optimize frontend performance for data-intensive applications, ensuring responsiveness across different devices and usage scenarios.
Engineering Excellence
Improve development processes, tools, and frameworks that enhance code quality, maintainability, and team productivity.
Team Development & Mentorship
Support and mentor other engineers while contributing to a culture of collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
Frontend Engineering Experience
At least five years of experience building and shipping frontend applications, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in Vue.js (including Vue 3), TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
Application Complexity
Experience building complex, data-heavy interfaces that require strong performance, responsiveness, and usability.
State Management & Tooling
Experience with modern state management approaches and frontend build tools.
Testing & Quality
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and best practices for ensuring code reliability and maintainability.
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and user-friendly technical solutions.
Collaboration Skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
