Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead key technical initiatives across both front end and backend systems. You will design, build, and ship complete solutions that improve existing offerings and introduce entirely new experiences. Your decisions will shape system architecture, development standards, and long term maintainability.
You will be trusted to evaluate multiple approaches to complex problems, balancing technical excellence with business needs. Beyond writing code, you will act as a technical leader, mentoring peers, influencing direction, and raising the bar for quality and execution.
What You Will Do
You will build end to end product features using modern frontend and backend technologies, taking responsibility from initial concept through production deployment. You will improve and evolve existing systems while also creating new ones that redefine what customers can achieve.
You will lead projects with clear accountability for outcomes, guiding technical decisions and ensuring solutions are reliable, well tested, and scalable. You will review code, help shape testing practices, and contribute to a healthy engineering culture that values learning and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with product partners, designers, and other engineers, often stepping outside traditional role boundaries to move work forward. You will help transform workflows by placing artificial intelligence at the center, building smarter systems and new ways of working from the ground up.
What You Bring
You have seven or more years of professional software engineering experience and a strong track record of building high quality products and systems. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable code and delivering work that stands the test of time.
You have significant experience developing full stack applications or deep experience across both frontend and backend layers. You are comfortable leading initiatives, owning results, and mentoring other engineers through feedback and example.
You have worked in fast paced, iterative environments and are familiar with agile development practices. You have conducted code reviews, contributed to testing strategies, and helped teams adopt better engineering habits.
You are curious about artificial intelligence and have already experimented with it in professional or personal projects. You are eager to continue learning and to apply new tools responsibly to improve how software is built and delivered.
Additional Experience That Helps
Experience with Python based systems, modern frontend frameworks such as React, or cloud native architectures is beneficial. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, customer data systems, or machine learning concepts can further enhance your impact in this role.
