Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will act as a technical leader and hands on builder. You will help guide how AI driven tools are designed, adopted, and evolved, while mentoring other engineers and shaping best practices for AI enabled development.
From your first months, you will take ownership of meaningful projects that improve engineering productivity and unlock new capabilities. This is not a passive role, you will be expected to ship, iterate, and influence quickly.
What You Will Do
You will design and build scalable full stack platforms that make it easy for engineers to integrate AI services into their products and workflows. You will identify high leverage opportunities to apply AI to areas such as code generation, testing, deployment, and operational automation, delivering measurable gains in efficiency.
You will define patterns, standards, and architectural guidance for using AI responsibly, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with product, machine learning, and engineering partners to understand needs and deliver production ready solutions.
Experimentation is core to the role. You will continuously evaluate new AI tools and techniques, share learnings, and champion approaches that improve quality and speed while maintaining trust and safety.

What You Bring
You have at least five years of experience building full stack software and are comfortable working across front end, backend, and infrastructure layers. You have hands on experience with modern front end frameworks such as React, TypeScript, Angular, or Vue.
You have worked directly with AI or machine learning tools and platforms, such as model frameworks, large language model APIs, or developer copilots. You bring experience navigating technical complexity in fast growing environments and adapting to rapid change.
Your background includes building and maintaining complex systems using languages such as Python and frameworks similar to Django. You have designed and operated scalable databases, built robust APIs, and deployed services in cloud environments.
You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling, including provisioning resources, monitoring systems, and responding to defects. You write clean, testable, maintainable code and take pride in solving hard problems well.
You are deeply curious about artificial intelligence and have already explored its use in professional or personal projects. You are eager to learn quickly and responsibly, always looking for ways to work smarter and improve engineering outcomes.
