- Lead design discussions; document tradeoffs and align stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality code; establish testing and rollout strategies.
- Profile and optimize for latency, throughput, and cost.
- Coach engineers; improve tooling and developer experience.
- 6+ years software engineering; shipped at scale.
- Expertise in service design, data stores, and cloud infrastructure.
