About The Role
Create the paved-road platform that accelerates every engineer: golden paths, secure-by-default scaffolding, and self-service infrastructure to boost developer velocity and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Design internal developer platforms (IDP) for build, deploy, run, and observe.
- Deliver templates, CLIs, and guardrails for service creation and operations.
- Evolve multi-tenant Kubernetes, networking, and policy controls (OPA, RBAC).
- Standardize telemetry (OpenTelemetry), SLOs, and incident workflows.
- Partner with product/security to balance speed, cost, and compliance.
- 6+ years in platform/SRE/dev tooling roles.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, IaC, service meshes, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on with observability stacks and reliability practices.
- Developer empathy; experience building delightful abstractions.
- Strong systems design and communication skills.
