Senior Software Engineer — Enterprise Data & API Platforms

Platform Areas

Data Access Platform

• Expose billions of raw and derived data points to internal and client systems with very low latency and high throughput.
• Own ingestion pipelines, caching layers, access APIs, and short-term data stores.
• Deliver a unified, scalable customer experience across multiple enterprise verticals.
  
  

API Platform

• Provide programmatic interfaces for inbound/outbound integrations (order processing, compliance, operational risk).
• Focus on reliability, throughput, observability, and shared API vocabulary and tooling.
• Enable robust, high-performance integrations for asset managers, banks, and service providers worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems for real-time data and transaction workflows.
• Influence architecture and optimize throughput across data access and API platforms.
• Own the full SDLC: technical design, implementation, testing, automation, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise clients to deliver impactful solutions.
• Leverage distributed computing, event-driven architectures, and real-time analytics.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of industry experience with C++.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience designing and operating high-throughput distributed systems or APIs.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading systems, order/execution workflows, or real-time data platforms.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ).
• Contributions to large-scale distributed computing platforms.
• Experience with REST, WebSockets, and real-time event processing.
• A bias for building platforms and tools that empower other engineers.
  
  

Compensation

Salary Range: $160,000 – $240,000 USD annually, plus benefits and bonus.

Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, market conditions, education, and skill level.
