About The Role
Build and own core services that power customer-facing products. You will balance hands-on development with technical leadership and operational accountability.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable services; ensure resilience through failover and backoff strategies.
- Define SLIs/SLOs; lead incident response and postmortems with learning culture.
- Collaborate with product to prioritize work based on measurable impact.
- Mentor engineers and drive adoption of best practices.
- 6+ years experience; strong ownership and communication.
- Proficient in Python/Go/Java and cloud-native tooling.
