We are seeking an experienced Senior or Staff Frontend Engineer to help shape the advisor-facing experience at the core of this travel platform. This is a rare opportunity to design and build elegant, high-impact web products that empower travel professionals to onboard smoothly, plan itineraries, book exceptional trips, and deliver unforgettable client experiences.
The Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a central role in developing the web applications that travel advisors rely on every day. You will work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and polished user experiences across both external and internal tools.
Your work will span consumer-facing web surfaces, advisor workflows, supplier and content integrations, and internal administrative systems. This role is ideal for a frontend leader who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys owning projects end-to-end, and is excited about building software that powers a rapidly expanding travel marketplace.
What You Will Build
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an indicative salary range of $155,000 to $225,000 plus equity opportunities. Final compensation will reflect experience and level.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with several in-office collaboration days each week and flexibility for remote work on other days.

What You Will Build
- Advisor-facing web applications that support onboarding, trip planning, booking, and client relationship management
- High-quality interfaces for itinerary creation, travel search, and supplier connectivity
- Content-driven systems that showcase premium travel experiences and partner offerings
- Internal tools and admin platforms that streamline operations and improve advisor support
- Modern frontend architecture that scales with a high-growth travel technology ecosystem
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user journeys
- Build and enhance complex, stateful web applications that enable travel advisors to manage every step of the booking lifecycle
- Partner with backend engineers to design end-to-end solutions and seamless integrations
- Own projects from technical design through implementation, testing, and delivery
- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainability remain world-class
- Contribute to a culture of quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in frontend web development
- 3+ years building modern applications with React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Strong experience developing event-driven, stateful user interfaces at scale
- Proficiency in testing web applications and shipping production-ready software
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team-first communication style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
