About The Role
Mid-senior engineer contributing to system design and delivery of user-facing features. Balance hands-on coding with architectural input and operational stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services with clear ownership and on-call participation.
- Contribute to technical design docs and lead small cross-team projects.
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience in your area.
- Coach junior engineers through reviews and pairing.
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in a major language (Python/Java/Go/C++).
- Experience with cloud infra, observability, and CI/CD.
