Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Consumer Web Experience

We are looking for a seasoned Senior or Staff Full Stack Engineer to help build the core consumer-facing experience at the center of this platform. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on elegant web products, rich content systems, and integrated supplier solutions that directly power how travelers discover, plan, and book unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the external digital experience and the systems behind it. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design partners, owning major initiatives from early concept through execution and launch. Your work will help deliver seamless onboarding, intuitive search, booking workflows, and itinerary management tools that empower travel advisors and delight clients.

What You Will Build

• Modern consumer-facing web experiences that represent the heart of a next-generation travel platform
• Advisor tools that support onboarding, travel planning, booking, itinerary management, and client communication
• Content and supplier integration systems that connect users with premium travel offerings and experiences
• End-to-end solutions across frontend interfaces and backend services, working collaboratively with engineering peers
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Build and scale full stack applications supporting travel advisors and their clients throughout the booking lifecycle
• Lead development of stateful, event-driven web applications with a strong focus on performance and usability
• Collaborate across frontend and backend teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end technical solutions
• Own projects from architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment
• Maintain a high bar for quality, writing reliable, testable, and maintainable code
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience building modern frontend web applications
• 3+ years working with React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Strong experience developing complex, stateful, event-driven user interfaces
• Proven ability to test and ship production-grade web applications
• 3+ years of backend development experience building scalable web services
• Experience working with relational databases and ORM-based architectures
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a team-first approach
• Entrepreneurial energy and excitement about building within a fast-growing organization
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an indicative salary range of $155,000 to $225,000, plus equity opportunities. Final compensation will be based on experience and level.

Work Location

This is a hybrid position based in New York City, with several in-office collaboration days each week and flexibility for remote work on other days.
