We are seeking a senior level scientist to lead an advanced genomics program at the intersection of experimental biology, data science, and computational modeling. This role plays a central part in shaping how large scale biological data is generated, interpreted, and translated into a next generation digital twin platform designed to model complex biological systems.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
A doctoral degree in genomics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a closely related field is required. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of post doctoral or equivalent industry experience, with demonstrated leadership in scientific research and program development.

- Design robust experimental workflows across genomics and other omics modalities.
- Oversee and mentor cross functional teams spanning wet lab research and computational analysis.
- Partner closely with machine learning and artificial intelligence engineers to integrate biological data into predictive models.
- Ensure high quality data generation, annotation, and interpretation across programs.
- Translate complex biological findings into actionable insights for digital modeling platforms.
- Represent the organization externally through scientific publications, conferences, and collaborations.
