Curb is reimagining urban mobility. We are creating a comprehensive mobility platform and providing products for mobile app solutions, effortless payment, paratransit, business travel, and advertising that reaches captive audiences of millions.

Our solutions power over 100,000 taxis and for-hire vehicles globally and our advertising network contains over 70,000 digital and traditional assets in the US and the UK. We are veterans of the taxi and for-hire industry and experts in our fields, drawing on years of expertise to create the foundation for a scalable, efficient, intelligent, open transportation network of the future.

We are looking for an experienced product manager to oversee our portfolio of Curb driver products. This high-impact role will manage the full product roadmap and project-level execution of our flagship driver products. These include the Curb Driver App (iOS and Android) and multiple Android and Windows applications that run on tethered in-taxi tablet devices facing both drivers and riders.

As the Product Manager – Driver Products, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and tools that support the success, satisfaction, and retention of drivers on our platform. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts the quality of service we provide and the operational efficiency of our driver ecosystem.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that meet both user and business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong product sense, user empathy—especially with gig economy or field service workers—and is passionate about improving the driver experience from onboarding to long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define the long-term strategy and vision for driver-facing products, aligned with company goals and driver lifecycle needs (e.g., onboarding, compliance, engagement, support, rewards).

User Research & Insights

Conduct user research, gather feedback, analyze driver behavior and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Driver Operations, and Marketing teams to ideate, build, and launch impactful features.

Execution & Delivery

Write detailed product requirements, manage product development lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

KPIs & Impact Measurement

Define success metrics for each product or initiative. Track performance, identify areas for optimization, and iterate accordingly.

Stakeholder Communication

Present roadmaps, updates, and post-launch outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. Build consensus and secure buy-in for initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

2 - 4 years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to logistics, gig economy, mobility, or workforce platforms.

Demonstrated success delivering user-facing digital products from conception to launch.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience building products for non-desk/mobile-first users (e.g., drivers, field technicians).

Familiarity with driver acquisition, onboarding, compliance, or incentive systems.

Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Technical background or familiarity with APIs, mobile platforms, or backend services is a plus.

What You'll Bring

Empathy for frontline workers and a passion for creating products that make their lives easier and more rewarding.

A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with the ability to make sound decisions with limited direction.

Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and user-centric design.
