<p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Are you an experienced </span> <strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Manager</strong> <span style="font-weight:400;"> looking for the next challenge? Cuebiq is looking for you to join our team in New York!</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">As a Financial Planning &amp; Analysis manager, you will play a key role helping the business in decision support through data analysis and business insight. Support and partner with various functions and cross business units to develop budgets and analyses through financial models, </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">forecast and analyze trends, identify and create relevant metrics including SaaS metrics, and support senior management in executing business and corporate strategies. This high visibility role reports directly to CFO.</span> </p> <p> <strong> <em>Responsibilities:</em> </strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Gather, validate, and analyze financial and business data; ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies, including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary analysis</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Use strong financial knowledge, technical skills, and business acumen to build and maintain financial models, including budget/forecasting package and month-end reporting summary (e.g. all three financial statements, saas metrics, and financial covenant analysis) and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that drive improvements</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Serve as a key partner to various business leaders to develop and implement both long-term strategies and immediate action plans that can drive profitability and other financial goals</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work with Sales and Operations teams in maintaining the accuracy of deal records on Salesforce</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Administer the quarterly commission and bonus calculation and payment process</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Lead other team members in transformation and improvement across finance and accounting processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Support controller and accounting teams in annual audits as needed</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Provide support to CFO and senior executives in MA, ad-hoc business analysis, and other corporate initiatives as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Provide leadership and coaching to other team members</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;"></span> <strong> <em>Requirements:</em> </strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or comparable field with minimum 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably FPA in tech industry or consulting</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to build complex financial models (including scenario and sensitivity analysis) from scratch as well as quickly learn the existing models</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Highly familiar with the month-end close processes and can connect all dots</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Working knowledge of GAAP and financial principles including revenue recognition</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Advanced excel and GSuite skills are required; knowledge of SQL, programming, and other analytical and reporting tools is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work experience in SaaS and/or other subscription businesses is highly desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">2+ years of work experience with Netsuite is highly desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Salesforce experience is a plus but not required</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Quick thinker and excellent communicator with a go-getter attitude</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong attention to detail and business-oriented mindset</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners including customer success, sales and revenue, HR, and software engineers</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines, readily adapt to and lead through a fast-pace, small international organization</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Expected starting salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000</span> </p> <p> <em> <span style="font-weight:400;">At Cuebiq, we strive for Diversity Inclusion within our teams as we believe different life experiences and perspectives can enrich ideas, foster innovation, and enhance the products we create.
