CONSTELLATION is looking for an IT Support Apprentice to join the team in our Toulouse office.
As IT Support Apprentice you will have a key role in the development of the company, working with the Head of Operations to ensure that the corporate hardware, software and security applications keep pace with our growth across both our operational sites.
Your key responsibilities and tasks:
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies to recommend the best IT solutions for the company.
- Develop and deploy of webforms and apps to automate and simplify corporate processes including HR and project management...
- Troubleshoot IT technical issues and provide technical support to colleagues.
- Monitor our level of exposure to cyber-attacks and ensure we comply with cyber security best practices.
- Be the main point of contact for new IT tools and IT platform needs.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage the office IT hardware, including procurement, inventory management and maintenance.
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Document technical solutions and create a knowledge base.
- Perform the IT onboarding of new members of staff (create accounts, allocate and configure hardware)
Skills and experience
- Enrolled for a bachelor’s level or BUT L3 qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software applications, in particular Microsoft Sharepoint and associated Microsoft applications.
- Experience with Linux, Java and VBA is a plus.
- The curiosity and desire to learn about satellite communications technologies is a plus
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Good written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
